Judith Gentry founded Island Independent Inventories and had previously been an 'A' level English teacher, she has now trained as a clerk though the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks, and is a full member of the Association.

Judith will produce professionally compiled and detailed inventories, schedules of condition and check-out reports which provide vital documentation for every tenancy.

Every inventory is supported with a full photographic record.

These documents present detailed evidence of the condition of a property at the start and end of a tenancy, and offer the best protection for both landlords and tenants.

It should be noted that the cost of an inventory is only paid once. Thereafter, the inventory is updated, and new photographs taken free of charge, at each check-in. Prices are provided for both unfurnished and furnished properties and are estimated on the number of bedrooms in the building. A 10% discount is offered if an instruction is received for both an inventory and a check-in.
